The operations of the JCFC are guided by dedicated volunteers and professionals.

A volunteer board appointed by a committee of nominators is responsible for the overall policies, practices and governance of the Jewish Community Foundation of Calgary. Directors serve a three-year term.  The board governs the Foundation within regulation set down the by-laws and by the Canada Revenue Agency relating to public foundations.

The Foundation’s Officers, Board of Advisors and Committees are comprised of individuals with expertise in broad and diverse areas including philanthropy, finance, law, business, real estate, marketing, investments and more. The Foundation’s leadership assesses and guides the activities of JCFC on an ongoing basis to ensure efficiency and transparency and to facilitate the philanthropic goals of our donors.

Our Board members and administrative staff look forward to working with you to fulfill your philanthropic objectives for the common good of our growing community.
